unemploymentCurrent estimates places the unemployment rate at around 25% which is a very high number that usually hovers only at single digits. Many people lost jobs as the economic recession set in, taking away previously stable jobs overnight. People who have managed to get ample salary insurance are even finding out the hard way that that is no sure way to bridge the cash gap presented by unemployment, normally running out before they find a new job. The statistics are mere numbers for on the normally busy streets of major city centers are less and less traffic. People are retuning to their home towns in hopes of getting menial jobs and to save on rent, just hope the recession ends soon and the government can find a swift solution to a pressing problem of such magnitude as this. Just keep looking and you may find jobs, but don’t expect high paying ones for everybody’s tightening their belts.
