More Women Breadwinners Abound
Categories: Career Advice, Career News | April 7th, 2011 | by Administrator | no commentsStatistics show that there is a constant rise in the number of women bread-winners all over the globe. Men tend to quickly fall victim of job market losses and find it harder to find jobs leaving their partners to do all the work. This does not go to say that there are no jobs around for men, but that they tend to find less favorable companies to work with opposed to women.
Women are also finding new jobs faster than men mainly in the health care and education, job fields less affected by economic turmoil that continues to plague us. This trend follows those that shows seniors are less likely to retire, even opting to stay employed indefinitely to keep the cash rolling in. Retirement is not a figure measured in age but rather in the capacity to sustain retirement should they opt to go for it.
